Quintela Home Service (“we”, “us”) provides roofing, siding, decks and general repairs in Massachusetts. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, including when you request a free estimate.

If you submit the estimate form, we collect:

• Service requested and any message you write

We also collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location (city/region), and how you arrived at the site (including advertising clicks).

How we use it

• To contact you about your estimate and related work
• To measure which pages and ads lead to calls or form submissions
• To improve the website

We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives it

• Estimate requests are delivered through Web3Forms to our business email (Quintelafabio0@gmail.com).
• Site usage is measured with Google Analytics and, when configured, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. Google may process this data under its own policies.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to understand advertising performance (for example, whether a Google ad led to a form or a phone call). You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but we may not see that you contacted us from an ad.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept as long as needed to quote, schedule and follow up on the job, and for ordinary business records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
