This site is provided by Quintela Home Service to describe our work in Massachusetts and to collect estimate requests. Content is for general information. Photos, timelines and examples are illustrative and may not match a specific house.

Estimates are not contracts

Submitting the form or calling 781-974-4831 requests a conversation. A free estimate is not a binding contract until both sides agree in writing (or another form we use for that job) on scope, price and schedule. Site measurements, hidden damage and material choices can change the final price.

Service area

We serve Massachusetts. We may decline work outside a practical travel range or that we are not licensed or equipped to perform.

Limitation

The website is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages that come only from using or being unable to use the site (for example, a form that fails because of a network error). That does not limit any rights you have under Massachusetts law for the actual construction work we perform under a separate agreement.
